• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Maintain organized records and filing systems, both digital and physical.
• Support executive team members with various projects as needed.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

• Professional Appearance: Must present a polished and well-groomed appearance suitable for a luxury environment.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably within an office or luxury service environment.
• Language Skills: Must have perfect spoken and written English; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
• Organization & Communication: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism: A polished and courteous demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions.
