To achieve success in this Independent role you will:

• Utilise our methodologies and systems, developing your own style as you grow into the role
• Participate in and contribute to global online training sessions
• Build relationships
• Problem solve, seek and implement advice on relevant aspects within the business
• Create effective marketing material to attract prospective leads and clients

• Be imaginative in finding and using available platforms to place advertisements
• Interview prospective clients and leads
• Be comfortable using a computer and smart phone, and have internet connection
• Be prepared to learn
• Invest in yourself by using our personal development products, resources and materials
• A determination to work independently, and to own and manage your flexible schedule to balance your life
• Spend an initial minimum of 10 hours weekly in actively working the role and be prepared to build on this over time
