We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join a manufacturing company near Fort Wayne, Indiana. Key tasks:

• Support company's annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including the development of budget templates, deadline coordination, and input management to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission per Group Budget timelines.
• Perform P&L financial modeling within strict deadlines, ensuring compliance with Group and KBI standards.
• Prepare monthly forecast reports for global leadership, integrating local insights and emphasizing any variances from established trends and projections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Defense or Manufacturing sector experience
• Post qualification Finance experience (2+ years) in Corporate Finance Analysis in the USA
• CPA (preferred)
• High level of efficiency in Excel
