Job Description

We're seeking fun, motivated, and driven Speech-Language Pathologists to join our growing team and provide home-based services from San Francisco to the Peninsula and clinic-based services in our San Francisco location. We’re interested in connecting with inspirational candidates ranging from the early phases of their SLP careers to highly experienced SLP’s with years of experience interested in pursuing a new opportunity and work environment.

For home-based services you have the flexibility to set your own hours, amount of desired hours to work, and the overall distance you are willing to travel to provide services.

Role Responsibilities:

• The number one champion and advocate for your client's development whether it be in their naturalistic setting (home, daycare, preschool, park, library, playground, etc.) or clinical setting
• Proactively manage your caseload, scheduling, and therapy sessions
• Support parents in learning ways to foster their child's unique development.
• Prompt and professional client communication, billing, and scheduling
• Collaboration, mentorship, and development with peer Speech and Occupational Therapists in the clinic
• Provide best-in-class techniques, strategies, and educational materials for families to further treatment progress
• Complete documentation within the required timeframe, including treatment notes and progress reports.
• Enjoy and appreciate the impact you’re making on your clients’ development
• Attend monthly staff meetings

SLP Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California SP license; ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Personal commitment to driving positive outcomes for clients
• Collaborative-minded professional with strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to travel to multiple work sites, reliable transportation is necessary
