Role Overview:

As a Hardware Developer Intern, you will work alongside our engineering team to design, prototype, and test hardware components and systems. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in hardware development and gain exposure to the complete product lifecycle, from concept to production.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of hardware components, circuits, and systems.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of hardware prototypes.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to document hardware specifications and schematics.
  • Support the integration of hardware and software systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including test reports and user manuals.
  • Conduct research on emerging hardware technologies and industry trends.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on system architecture and component selection.
  • Help ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of circuit design, PCB layout, and hardware development tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, or Eagle).
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., C, Python) for hardware-software integration.
  • Basic understanding of microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C).
  • Hands-on experience with hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for building innovative hardware solutions.
