Job Status: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8 am to 5 pm
Compensation: $20-22/hr based on experience
Job Overview:
A growing logistics and supply chain company is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to assist with daily operations, shipment tracking, and coordination between teams. This role offers career advancement opportunities in logistics and operations.
Responsibilities:
· Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Track and monitor shipments using TMS systems.
· Act as a liaison between operations, carriers, and customers.
· Ensure on-time deliveries through proactive follow-ups.
· Handle logistics coordination via phone and email.
· Assist operations with daily logistics tasks and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of Administrative/Clerical Support experience.
· Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
· Experience with TMS systems or logistics software is a plus.
· Prior logistics, supply chain, or customer service experience is beneficial, but training is provided.
