Job Description

Our client, a UHNWI, is seeking a Personal Assistant to support one principal. The ideal candidate values work completed in a manner that is thoughtful, efficient, and extremely detail oriented. The candidate must be able to juggle multiple projects, work independently, think proactively, and understand emotional intelligence. This role is a hybrid structure and will change depending on the needs of the week. Minimum 2 days a week onsite.

Salary: $120k -150k base + benefits + bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide high touch support to one principal
• Manage multiple calendars and schedules
• Oversee and coordinate schedules with family office team
• Schedule global and domestic travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Handle personal errands and tasks, such as gift shopping, making reservations, and coordinating household services
• Event planning
• Manage and communicate pertinent information with the team
• Other ad hoc projects duties as needed
• Light household support including vendor management

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• 24/7 mentality
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Attention to detail
• Tech savvy
