Visual Designer

Position Summary: We are seeking a Visual Designer for a hybrid role with a Financial Services client . This consultant position offers an exciting opportunity to create visual design solutions for complex product initiatives using composition, typography, and interaction models. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their visual design work and experience in developing user-centered deliverables. The role involves working independently with guidance from higher-level staff and managing multiple projects across various product categories.

1. Develop and Recommend Visual Design Solutions : Create engaging, on-brand visual designs that drive user engagement and meet product goals.
2. Assist with User Experience Goals : Define and contribute to visual engagement strategies and ensure designs align with user-centered principles.
3. Manage Multiple Projects : Oversee design deliverables across a variety of projects under tight deadlines.
4. Collaborate with Project Teams : Work with cross-functional teams to define the visual identity and ensure design solutions are effective throughout the development lifecycle.
5. Create Style Guides and Design Best Practices : Apply design fundamentals such as color theory, typography, and accessibility to create comprehensive style guides and direct the team’s use of design standards.
