Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Focus: Engage with customers in a retail store, providing them with expert knowledge about mobile phones, wireless plans, and accessories. Your primary goal is to drive sales and ensure customers leave satisfied.
• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored recommendations that suit their lifestyle and budget.
• Product Demonstration: Showcase the latest mobile devices and accessories, highlighting key features and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed individual sales goals and participate in team sales targets. You’ll have the opportunity to earn commissions and performance bonuses based on your sales achievements.
• Inventory Management: Assist in keeping the store well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You’ll also handle the inventory of mobile devices, accessories, and other products.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest mobile technology, wireless plans, and promotions to provide customers with accurate and current information.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn about new products and services
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
